This section contains the old projects I worked on. Needless to say there's only a little part of all of those.

Flashlight - C++, DirectX9

I've worked on that project back in 2002! But I like it so much that I decided to keep it here and show off with it. This was a test bench for shaders in DirectX. This is what introduced me to shaders and since then I've had the chance to reuse this knowledge in lots of stuff .

Pacman - Java, Opengl

I tried something new with this Java engine. Basically, the whole rendering is done on a separate thread while the actual list of rendering code command is done in another.. meaning the game code can render while the actual rendering is done for the previous iteration. Doing it in Java was interesting even though I had to cope with lots of amazingly annoying stuff like Java's memory management (meaning that I had to track all news).

So I got to decrypt pacman maps file and do rendering (sprite animation, etc), collision and some simple AI for the ghosts in a week-end. Needless to say that I didn't have much of a week-end that time. =)

3D Editor - C++, Ogre3D

This is a small scene editor made with Ogre 3D. I wanted to familiarize myself with the library and was quite happy with how fast it is to work with it.

GfxEngine- C++, OpenglES2.0, PC, smartphones (android, iphone, palm)

Supports bumpmapping and some nice grass rendering shaders that aligns with the camera, etc.

GeoTiff Viewer - C++, Opengl

That was quite a lot of fun (as all the other projects..). I wanted to try rendering terrain data (geotiff) through my own opengl renderer.

Ggdogg & BlackJack - Java, MIDP2.0, cell phone

After buying my first cell phone (Sony Ericsson), I decided I would make games for it. I made it with ericsson's SDK so it's JAVA. I dare to say that this game is a lot better than most of the games I've seen on cell phones... You can try them - just follow those -guidelines- to do so.
